Holiday Inn Stuttgart by IHG

Reception area was great and the two staff were very welcoming. We parked in the hotels underground carpark which had a lift up to reception. We were allocated a very large, comfortable and clean room on the top floor. The restaurant area was very pleasant and had a lively atmosphere. The hotel is situated just across from a small local train station and we caught a train for the two stops to the Porsche museum and had a good time looking around it. At checkout the next day once again the staff were very helpful. All perfect and good value.

I like the breakfast it’s a lot of variety to choose from. Very convenient by train or bus.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious. The tram line station was literally a few minutes walk from the hotel with a regular service into the centre of Stuttgart The porsche museum is only two stops away on the tram and is well worth a visit

The hotel was very close to bus and train stations right across the road . the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The train station stop is just outside the hotel which makes it very comfortable we were group of 4 people and had taken the group train pass valid for 24 hours at 12 euros total. We had stayed only 2 nights with main purpose of visiting the Canstater Wasen ( Oktoberfest of Stuttgart) and Mercedes and Porsche museum. Canstater and Mercedes easily accessible by train via stuttgart hbf very easy to use. Porsche museum is just one stop away. Superb hospitality. we had ordered some take in and they were generous to provide us a lot of cutlery. We did not eat breakfast but it looked good. There are some restaurants across the street which were affordable and good but not many options.
